What is the Worship Team?

The Worship Team helps our church by offering a settings vital for worship. It works with the staff to ensure that worship helps the congregation experience its relationship with God and will help it live more faithfully as a Christian community.

What do we do?

The Worship Team performs may tasks such as: constantly reviewing our congregation and community so that worship is appropriately planned to meet the needs, collaborate with the pastor and music leaders in planning worship, promote and foster individual and family spiritual formation, and it is continually searching for other opportunities for strengthening worship.  It also maintain the sacraments for communion, the flowers for the alter, schedules for the ushers and acolytes.  It coordinates the staff, volunteers, resources, and timing among the Sunday services, Mosaic, and special events such as weddings, special music events, and many other worship activities.  It short, it works behind the scenes to insure worship is the wondrous experience that it should be.

How often does the Worship Team meet?

The team meets on the first Sunday of every month at 6:00 PM.  If you have any questions or concerns about the Worship Team, please do not hesitate to contact the Church office.
