Staff liked the concept of Office Space Separate from main Building

            Security and energy efficiency are pluses

            Children and WDM offices would need to be in Children’s Bldg.

            Youth and Music offices ideally would be in their ministry area

            This could be a growth item

Offices would include:

            Reception Area

            Administrative Offices

            Ministry Area Offices

            Volunteer Work Area

            Ample Workroom

            Break Area

            Conference Room

            Computer Room

ONE entry point with full-time receptionist/office assistant.

An additional desk for a volunteer office angel. 

There would also be a combination workroom

            (with copy and folding machines)

            and small kitchen with coffee maker, etc.

The mailroom would also be here. 

Adjoining this room would be the main conference room.

A wing for the clergy, a secretary, and meeting room.

A wing for admin. personnel, including but not limited to: 

Financial Administrator and assistant,

            Dir of Communications (website maintenance, publicity),

            Dir of Building maintenance/Facilities,
