Lynn Watkins serves as Chairman of the Building Committee for 2009.  He has served on the Long Range Planning Committee multiple times and served on the Building Committee when the Family Live Center was built in 1995.  In addition Lynn has served on Staff Parish Relations, Finance, and the Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Spares and Pairs Sunday School class. He is a life-long resident of the area, attended Clear Creek High School and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been in the construction and development business in the League City since 1970 and currently resides in Hitchcock. Lynn and all members of the Building Committee welcome comments and suggestions from the congregation and are excited about the future of League City United Methodist Church.
