Frank Harvell is a member of the Seeker’s Sunday school class.  Frank has a BBA from North Texas State University. He has been a licensed real estate broker for the past 29 years which included some local development.   He is retired from Motorola with the Galveston County Emergency Communications District project for fire and police his last communications project for Motorola.  He is still active in the communications field in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area.  His experience in Methodist churches include building committee chairman for two projects, chairman of the Administrative Council, finance chair, lay leader, lay speaker and adult Sunday school teacher.
