Need Choir Members!

As many of you know, we are in the process of gaining both a new Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor here at League City. It is going to be a time of renewing, and refocusing on our mission as the church. We are in need of people who love to sing! If you love to sing, we need you! There are no auditions required and I guarantee you will have a blast singing songs that inspire the soul and help you develop a deeper walk with the Lord. Also, you don't have to be a member of the church... Just possess a smile! Meet the Composer Weekend

This fall our Sanctuary Choir will be working on Robert Ray’s Gospel Mass, and is preparing to participate with Clear Lake United Methodist Church as he conducts and leads us in this timeless work. It has become one of the great “standards” in choral music for church, community, university and professional choirs. As a choir, we will be featuring selections from the mass in various 8:30 and 11:00am services. The work is by no means easy and will require the full dedication of all choir members. It is a privilege to be joining Clear Lake United Methodist church for this “Meet the Composer” weekend. Mark your calendars as you join us on September 13, 2009 at 7:00pm for this splendid performance. We look forward to our church family supporting this endeavor.
